The Ticket Usage report displays the total number of tickets bought or assigned, printed and used by series. It also provides a use percentage by customer.
The report can display the admission type of assigned or bought tickets and the output can be event detail, orders or both. The Access Control reports provide additional scanning information.

Series |
Filters the report by the 'Series Name' defined on the Event Configuration application Events|Basic page. |
Events From |
Filters for those events that occur on or after the date entered. Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events To' date. Click to select a date or to select a duration. |
Events To |
Filters for those events that occur on or before the date entered. Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events From' date. Click to select a date or to select a duration. |
Event Code |
Filters the report by a specific event. Click to search for an event. |
Admission Type |
Filters the report by one of the following criteria: •Assigned: These results are determined using the customer number attached to each admission. If there is no customer number assigned to any admissions, the customer number attached to the order, if any, will be used. •Bought: Results are determined using the customer number attached to the order, if any. For example images of each, refer to the Report Output by below. |

Order By |
Enables you to sort by one of the following criteria: •Customer Last Name •Customer Number •Event Date •Tickets Used Percentage |

The unique number assigned to the customer. Click the link to view the customer’s details. Links will not function if you e-mail or download the HTML version of the report. |
Contact Name |
The first and last name of the customer. |
Event Name |
The event code. |
Event Date |
The date and time of the event. |
Bought |
If filtering by Bought admissions, this displays the total number of tickets per order contact for a given event. For more information, refer to the description of Admission Type, above. |
Assigned |
If filtering by Assigned admissions, this displays the total number of tickets per admission contact for a given event. If multiple contacts are assigned to different admissions within an order, each contact will be displayed on a separate line. For more information, refer to the description of Admission Type, above. |
Printed |
The total number of tickets printed. |
Used |
The total number of tickets scanned using Access Control. |
% Used |
The percentage of the total bought tickets that have been scanned using Access Control. |
Orders |
The associated order number. |
