The Offer Status report provides a snapshot of the total offers and metrics relating to the success of these offers.
Use this report to see what percentage of offers are accepted, declined, open or closed. This report also displays the current state of offers compared to both projected and potential numbers based on the offer expiration date. Break down each offer to view details based on event admissions, bundles, donations or miscellaneous items.

Sales From |
If you are entering a date range, this is the date from which data will be included in the report. This field is enabled for you to enter the time (hh:mm:ss). If you do not enter the time, 00:00:00 is assumed. If you want to the include data from the entire day of the date you select, set the time to 00:00:00. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click to select a date or to select a duration. The calendar dialog is only enabled to allow you to select the hour and minutes. Once you apply the time selection, you should modify the time to reflect the seconds. |
Sales To |
If you are entering a date range, this is the date to which data will be included in the report. This field is enabled for you to enter the time (hh:mm:ss). If you do not enter the time, 00:00:00 is assumed. If you want to the include data from the entire day of the date you select, set the time to 23:59:59. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click to select a date or to select a duration. Display Values |
Filters the report by the values that you want to display: •Paid: Tickets that have been paid for. •Sold: Tickets that are on an order, but have not been paid for (the customer will pay for the ticket when he/she picks it up at will call). |

Filters the report by the offer component(s) that you want to display: •Offers: Displays the entire offer. •Events: Displays the events within the offers. •Bundles: Displays the bundles with the offers. •Donations: Displays the donations within the offers. •Miscellaneous Items: Displays the miscellaneous items within the offers. |
