The Sales Staff Analysis report details the number and value of orders sold for a range of events, roles, users and sales dates.

This report does not include information on requests.

Box Office Management can use this report to determine the number of sales by all parties in their Box Office for commissions, if offered by the organization. This also gives the Executive a sense as to which roles in the organization are active in terms of ticket sales.

Criteria

The following table describes this report’s criteria:

Series

Filters the report by the 'Series Name' defined on the Event Configuration - Events|Basic page.

Event Code

Filters the report by a specific event.

Sales Date Format

Specifies the date to use for the report:

Date Range

Previous 7 Days (excluding today)

Today

Yesterday

Sales From

Filters for sales on or after the selected date. This date is inclusive where the starting time will be 0:00:00 on the selected date.

Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used.

Click calendarIcon-7.X to select a date or durationIcon-7.X to select a duration.

Sales To

Filters for sales on or before the selected date. This date is inclusive where the end time will be up to 23:59:59 on the selected date.

Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used.

Include

Enables you to include:

all orders: Includes all orders

no blank orders: Includes only those orders with a total value greater than zero

orders with admissions: Includes only those orders with admissions

Display Values

Filters the report by the values that you want to display:

Net Paid: The net value of the tickets that have been paid for.

Net Sold: The net value of the tickets that are on an order, but have not been paid for (the customer will pay for the ticket when he/she picks it up at will call).

Advanced Section

The following criteria is available in the advanced section:

Events From

Filters for those events that occur on or after the date entered.

Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events To' date.

Events To

Filters for those events that occur on or before the date entered.

Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events From' date.

Click calendarIcon-7.X to select a date or durationIcon-7.X to select a duration.

User Name

Filters by the selected users.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for a user.

This is the user who created the order.

User Role

Filters by the selected user role(s).

This is the user who created the order.

User Role Group

Filters by the selected user role group(s).

This is the user who last updated the order.

 

Output

The following table describes the report’s output:

Column

Description

User Name

The user who created the order.

Orders

The number of orders created within the specified sales date range.

Value of Orders

The total value of the orders created (including taxes and service charges).

% Orders

The percentage of the total orders created by this user.

% Dollars

The percentage of the user’s order value over the total value across all users.

Tickets

The total number of admissions sold.

Events

The total number of unique events on each order sold by the user.

For example, if Bob created an order for event A then the total would be one. If he created two orders for event A, then the total would be two (one unique event per order). If Bob created an order with admissions for both event A and event B, then the total would be two (two unique events).

NET Ticket Value

The net value of admissions sold, excluding taxes and service charges.

% Tickets

The percentage of the total admissions sold by this user.
