If you need to communicate something to customers on a particular page during the online purchase flow, you can add a message to one of the eighteen preloaded Info articles. Each article corresponds with a page in the online flow:

To add a message to an online page:
1.Open Content Management from the Desktop.
2.Select the Articles tab.
The Articles|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the Info - <page name> article that you want to work with.
The Articles|Basic page appears.
4.Select Text tab.
The Articles|Text page appears.
5.Add your text/styling to the article.
If no content is added to the article, the purchase flow appears exactly as it did before.
6.Select the Calendar tab.
The Articles|Calendar page appears.
7.Click 'Add Entry'.
A new calendar row appears in the article calendar group box.
8.Complete the following article calendar fields:
a.User Role: Select the role(s) that will be able to view the article.
b.On Calendar: Click to select the date when you want the article to begin appearing online.
c.Off Calendar: Click to select the date when you no longer want the article to appear online.
9.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the article was updated.
10.Click 'OK'.
By adding the following classes to the article, content will be displayed in different areas of the flow:
•No Class: If no class is used, the content is displayed directly below the top menu bar with no margins.
•info-article: If the info-article class is used, the content is displayed directly below the top menu bar with top and bottom margins.
•info-article pull-out: If the info-article pull-out class is used, the content is hidden in a pull-out bar on the left side of the page. The pull-out bar is identified using a wheelchair icon.
