By default, all registered customers can select tickets, and miscellaneous items to purchase. However, by default they cannot select seats directly from your venue’s seat map, make purchases using particular payment gateways, or purchase gift cards.
To allow logged-in customers to make online purchases:
1.If not already set, add Internet to the list of roles that can purchase events, bundles, events, gift certificates, gift cards or miscellaneous items.
2.Configure gift certificates and gift cards to that they are visible online.
3.If required, configure your site's payment terminal.
4.Optionally, enable 3-D Secure online payments.
5.Optionally, enable online users to view you venue's seat map.
6.Optionally, enable customers to use pick-a-seat to purchase seats directly from your venue’s seat map.
7.Optionally, configure the per ticket charges to display along with the ticket prices.
8.Optionally, displaying delivery method icons next to delivery methods on loginDelivery.asp.
9.Optionally, enhance your customer’s ability to find particular events by optimizing Online searches.
To do this, add keywords or phrases to an event, using the Event Configuration - Events| Basic page 'Keywords' field.
10.Optionally, display event-specific images, or include additional event-specific information.
To do this use the the Event Configuration - Events|Basic page's 'Pop-up Message', 'Additional Info', 'Logo 1' or 'Logo 2' fields.
11.Optionally, make recommendations as to other events customers might be interested in attending.
12.Optionally, display Featured Articles on the landing page.
13.Optionally, display Recent Items on the landing page.
14.Optionally, display a list of links on the landing page.

15.Optionally, allow users to add events to social networking tools (Facebook, Delicious, Digg) from either the seatSelect.asp or mapSelect.asp page. When a user selects to add an event to one of these social networking tools, the event's additional information is sent (configured in the 'Additional Info' field in the event URLs section of Event Configuration - Events|Basic).

16.Optionally, enable scalper prevention to prevent the unfair use of automated programs from using online sales.
17.Optionally, allow customers to purchase tickets without creating a customer.
To do this you must select the Customers Without Account content option from the Application Security - Group|Content page Online property.
18.Optionally, you can enable upsell and add-on article pop-ups for Online customers (as well as Desktop users)
19.Optionally, you can allow customers to create and send orders as gifts (Ship-To Customers), or select a different shipping address.
