To enable logged-in users to submit information via form articles:

1.Open Application Security from the Desktop.

2.Select the Group tab.
The Group|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the WebSales group.
The Group|Basic page appears.

4.Select the Permissions tab.
The Group|Permissions page appears.

5.Select the TScontentBO permission.
Current actions users can perform in regards to this permission appear.

6.Hold CTRL and select saveCustomerForm from the 'Actions' field.

7.Select the Attributes tab.
The Group|Attributes page appears.

8.Select the TScontentBO attribute.

9.Click '+ Add Rule'.

10.Select Article: Article Authentication from the 'Attribute Name' dropdown.

11.Select No from the 'Optional' dropdown.

12.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the group was updated.

13.Click 'OK'.

14.Select the Group tab.
The Group|Search page appears.

15.Search for and select the Anonymous WebSales group.
The Group|Basic page appears.

16.Select the Permissions tab.
The Group|Permissions page appears.

17.Select the TScontentBO permission.
Current actions users can perform in regards to this permission appear.

18.Hold CTRL and deselect saveCustomerForm from the 'Actions' field.

19.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the group was updated.

20.Click 'OK'.

To enable anonymous users to submit information via form articles:

1.Open Application Security from the Desktop.

2.Select the Group tab.
The Group|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the WebSales group.
The Group|Basic page appears.

4.Select the Permissions tab.
The Group|Permissions page appears.

5.Select the TScontentBO permission.
Current actions users can perform in regards to this permission appear.

6.Hold CTRL and select saveForm from the 'Actions' field.

7.Select the Attributes tab.
The Group|Attributes page appears.

8.Select the TScontentBO attribute.

9.Ensure that Article: Article Authentication is not set to 'Optional' No.

10.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the group was updated.

11.Click 'OK'.

12.Select the Group tab.
The Group|Search page appears.

13.Search for and select the Anonymous WebSales group.
The Group|Basic page appears.

14.Select the Permissions tab.
The Group|Permissions page appears.

15.Select the TScontentBO permission.
Current actions users can perform in regards to this permission appear.

16.Hold CTRL and select saveForm from the 'Actions' field.

17.Select the Attributes tab.
The Group|Attributes page appears.

18.Select the TScontentBO attribute.

19.Ensure that Article: Article Authentication is not set to 'Optional' No.

20.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the group was updated.

21.Click 'OK'.
