Once you have saved your message, you can create a copy of the message and save a second version of the message.
To create a copy of a message:
1.Open Correspondence from the Desktop.
2.Select the Messages tab.
The Messages|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the message that you want to work with.
The Messages|Basic page appears.
4.Alter the name of the message in the 'Name' field.
5.Click 'Save Copy'.
A window confirms that the message was created.
6.Click 'OK'.
