You can remove a gift certificate/card from an order as long as the gift certificate/card has not been redeemed.
To delete a gift certificate/card from an order:
1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.
2.Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the order that you want to work with.
TheOrder|Summary page appears.
4.Click the next to the gift certificate/card that you want to delete.
5.To view the updated 'Amount Due', click 'Update Details'.
6.If a refund is required, update the payment details to reflect the refund or credit the customer.
7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the order was updated.
8.Click 'OK'.
