History - Search Points Section

Select Points Section

 


 

The Customer|History|Points page allows you to search for and select point-earning transactions pertaining to a specific customer. This page is current state and only displays purchase records. If an item is returned/removed, the original purchase will no longer appear. For orders that contain multiple items, only the first item in the order is shown. Click any order record to go to the Order|Summary page.

Hint

You can filter searches by entering an entire word/number or you can use wildcard characters to perform a search using portions of the word/number.

 

The default History - Search Points section of the Customer|History|Orders page contains the following properties:

Field

Description

Membership

Filters the search based on the membership that the point rules are configured against.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for a membership.

Order Number

Filters the search based on the order number for the point-earning transcation.

Activity Bundle

Filters the search based on the point-earning bundle that was purchased.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for a bundle.

Activity Misc Item

Filters the search based on the point-earning miscellaneous item that was purchased.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for a miscellaneous item.

Activity Event

Filters the search based on the point-earning event that was purchased.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for an event.

Activity Gift

Filters the search based on the point-earning gift that was purchased.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for a gift.

Points Comment

Filters the search based on any comments that were added when ad hoc points were assigned to the customer via the Customer Services - Customer|Entitlements|Memberships page.

 

Date

Filters the search based on a range of dates in which the points were earned.

Click calendarIcon-7.X to select a date or durationIcon-7.X to select a duration.

Points Category

Filters the search based on the points category.

 

Points

Filters the search based on a range of earned points.

Page Size

Enables you to specify the number of records to display per page returned in the results.

Search Type

Enables you to choose the appropriate type of matches that you are expecting:

Match Any: When you want to search for records containing one or more of the search terms you selected.

Match All: When you want to search for records that contain all the search terms you selected.

The History - Select Points section of the Customer|History|Points page contains the following properties:

Field

Description

Name

The name of the membership that the points were earned towards.

Points Category

The type of points that were earned:

Bonus

Normal

A blank in this column indicates that the points were added ad hoc.

Date

The date that the points were earned/the order was created.

Order Number

The number for the order that the points were earned on.

Activity Bundle Short Description

The 'Short Description' of the bundle that the customer purchased to earn the points.

Activity Miscellaneous Item Short Description

The 'Short Description' of the miscellaneous item that the customer purchased to earn the points.

Activity Event Name

The 'Event Name' of the event that the customer purchased tickets for to earn the points.

Activity Gift Short Description

The 'Short Description' of the gift that the customer purchased to earn the points.

Points Comment

Any comments that were added when ad hoc points were added to the membership

Points

The number of points earned though the transaction.
