Each ticket template you create will be used to print tickets on one or more types of devices. The following types of devices are supported:
•FGL (FGL2 and FGL4) - rebranded as Lemur
•Windows
Each template can be configured to support one or more devices. The application determines which device to use based on the order’s delivery method and printer settings. Once you add a device to a template, you can then specify the elements that you want to appear on the ticket. For more information, refer to Ticket Elements.
Before adding a printer device, ensure you have:
•Created your list of stock types. The default stock types are Letter Size Stock and Ticket Stock.
•Placed an image representing your stock on your server, if applicable. The application does not print this image, but it will be used to represent your ticket stock when adding elements to the ticket.
•The width and height of the ticket’s paper, and your printer’s DPI (dots per inch). If you are unsure of the DPI, refer to the manual for your printer.
Information When you specify the width and height, it must be in pixels. Information on converting inches to pixels, refer to Pixel Dimensions. |
