You can create passes using the General Configuration - Passes|Basic page.
To create a new pass:
1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Passes tab.
The Passes|Search page appears.
3.Click 'Create New'.
The Passes|Basic page appears.
4.Complete the following fields:
a.Name: Enter a unique identifier for the pass.
b.Description: Enter a short description for the pass.
c.Group: Optionally, enter a group name for the pass. This allows you to group the pass with other passes with the same 'Group'. This is used in conjunction with selected 'Customer Option'.
d.Event Options: Select this check box if you want the pass to hold more than one admission for a single event
e.Customer Options: Select an option to determine how many passes with the same 'Group' customers can hold at once.
•Customers can have more than one pass in the same pass group
•Customers can only have one pass in the same pass group
•Customers can only have one pass in the same pass group, and photo ID is required
Information For example, if you have many passes in the 2024 Passes 'Group' and select Customers can only have one pass in the same pass group , then customer can only have one of the 2024 Passes. |
f.Pass Ticket Template: Optionally, specify the pass template to use when printing this pass.
g.Delivery Gateway: If you integrate with a third-party access control system (Fortress) so that passes can be printed/scanned using the integrated system, select the appropriate option.
5.Click 'Create'.
A window confirms that the pass was created.
6.Click 'OK'.
You can now associate the pass with the corresponding bundle or miscellaneous item via the 'Assigned Pass' dropdown on the Product Configuration - Bundles|Details and Miscellaneous Items|Details pages, respectively.
