A pass enables customers to access multiple events, obtain certain miscellaneous items or obtain membership benefits. Once created, you can associate passes with miscellaneous items or bundles.

By default, passes are configured such that a customer can only hold one instance of the pass and can only assign one admission to the same event to the pass.

 

Passes cannot be added to digital wallets.

To configure a pass:

1.If required,create a ticket template to use when printing the corresponding pass.

2.You can do this using the General Configuration - Tickets|Search page.

3.Create a new pass for the corresponding pass template.

4.You can do this using the General Configuration - Passes|Search page.

5.Associate the pass with the corresponding bundle or miscellaneous item.
You can now associate the pass with the corresponding bundle or miscellaneous item via the 'Assigned Pass' dropdown on the Product Configuration - Bundles|Details and Miscellaneous Items|Details pages, respectively.

6.Optionally, add eligible events to the pass.
If you want to configure a pass that allows non-assigned admission based entry to a set of events (all access pass to a film festival), add eligible events to the pass using the General Configuration - Passes|Events page.
