AudienceView Unlimited Product Guides

To delete an element:

1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.

2.Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.

3.Search for and select the template with the element that you want to delete.
The Tickets|Basic page appears.

4.The devices are displayed in the Devices section. The current device is highlighted for editing.

5.Select the device to which you want to add elements from the 'Devices' list.
The current device is highlighted for editing.

6.Select the Elements tab.
The Tickets|Elements page appears.

7.Select the element you want to delete by clicking on it in the preview image or selecting it from the 'existing element' dropdown.

8.Click the 'Element' dropdown.
The details of the selected element appear.

9.Click 'Delete' at the bottom of the 'Element' dropdown.

10.Click 'OK'.

11.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the template was updated.

12.Click 'OK'.
