To modify a ticket template:

1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.

2.Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.

3.Search for and select the template that you want to modify.
The Tickets|Basic page appears. The devices are displayed in the devices section. The current device is highlighted for editing.

4.Modify the template:

To add a device, refer to Adding a Printer Device and Stock Preference to a Ticket Template.

To create or modify elements, refer to Ticket Elements.

To create a new template by copying this one, refer to Copying a Ticket Template.

To copy a device and its elements, refer to Copying a Device.

5.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the template was updated.

6.Click 'OK'.
