To modify an element:
1.Open General Configuration from the Desktop.
2.Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.
3.Search for and select the template with the element that you want to modify.
The Tickets|Basic page appears.
4.The devices are displayed in the devices section. The current device is highlighted for editing.
5.Select the device with the elements that you want to work with from the devices section.
The device is highlighted for editing.
6.Select the Elements tab.
The Tickets|Elements page appears.
7.Select the element that you want to modify in the preview section or select it from the dropdown at the top of the page.
8.Click 
next to the Element title bar.
The details of the selected element appear.
9.Make the changes to the element fields.
If you want to delete an attachment from the element, refer to Deleting an Attachment from an Element.
10.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the template was updated.
11.Click 'OK'.
