Before you begin this procedure, ensure you have:
•Ensure your group has the permission to cancel tickets (TSadmissionCO::Cancel Tickets).
•Ensure your role or user has access to the Utilities - Print|Print Cancel content page.
You can cancel event or bundle tickets (only) if the tickets have not been used. You can also cancel ticket numbers provided by a third party (not attached to an order).
To cancel tickets:
1.Open Utilities from the Desktop.
2.Select the Print tab.
The Print|Query Select page appears.
3.Select General Print Cancel from the Batch Print Cancel section.
The Print|Print Cancel page appears.
4.Search for the orders containing the tickets that you want to cancel.
Your search results appear in the Search Results section. If multiple pages of search results are displayed, you can use the '<' and '>' buttons to open the additional pages.
5.To update marketing data for specific customers, select the check box next to each customer that you want to update.
Click 'Select All' to select all of the customers on the current page. This will not select customers on other pages. If you want to update all of the customers in the search results, you can choose to do so at the end of this procedure.
6.To cancel only selected tickets, select the check box next to each order with tickets that you want to cancel.
Click 'Select All' to select all of the tickets on the current page. This will not select tickets on other pages.
7.You can further filter which tickets to cancel by selecting the applicable criteria in the Cancel Criteria section.
Information For example, if you search for orders containing Event A all orders containing the event will be returned. If an order has tickets three events, including Event A. If you select 'Cancel Queried Event(s)', only Event A tickets will be cancelled. |

▪Cancel Queried Price Zone(s)
▪Cancel Queried Row(s)
▪Cancel Queried Section(s)
8.Enter a reason for cancelling the print in the 'Cancel Reason' field.
9.Select an option from the 'Process Range' dropdown:
▪All: The tickets will be cancelled for all of the orders returned by the search.
▪Selected: The tickets will be cancelled for the selected orders only.
10.Click 'Execute'.
A window confirms the number of tickets that were cancelled.
