The Comp Admission Details report displays all orders that contain complimentary admissions (comps). A complimentary admission is any admission sold with a zero total value. This report displays the order number, contact, number of complimentary admission and non-complimentary admissions on the order and the order value, over a range of series, events, roles and dates.
You can use this report on a daily or weekly basis to audit the number of complimentary admissions that are being offered by your department or organization by event (code or name), series or user role. This report can also provide show producers the number of complimentary tickets sold. The report also provides links enabling you instant access to the order with the complimentary ticket to complete the audit.
