Report Type: Current State
The Event Audit report displays the ticket and bundle sales for today and total sales to date for a single event or range of events. This report also provides a summary of unsold tickets and the seating capacity. You can use this report to obtain a real-time snapshot of ticket sales activity.

Information If you include only one event in the report, the report’s output displays the events price chart. This report will balance with the Ticket Sales and Ticket Sales by Event reports for the same series, event(s) and sales date range and if NET values are displayed. |

The following criteria is available in the advanced section:

Event Date Format |
Filters the report by: •Advanced Sales: Filters for events that occur after today’s date. •Past Sales: Filters for events that have occurred on or before today’s date. •Event Range: Filters for events occurring between the date range entered in the 'Events From' and 'Events To' fields. |
Events From |
If you are entering a date range, this is the event date from which data will be included in the report. Only data relating to events on or after this date will be included in the report. This date is inclusive. Any value entered into this field will only apply if the Event Range date format is used. Click |
Events To |
If you are entering a date range, this is the event date to which data will be included in the report. Only data relating to events on or before this date will be included in the report. This date is inclusive. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Event Range date format is used. Click |
User Role |
Filters the report by the selected user role(s). This is the user who last updated the order. |
User Role Group |
Filters the report by the selected user role group(s). This is the user who last updated the order. |
Report on Opens or Holds |
Filters the report by: •Open Seats and Holds: ▪If no options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field, open seats and all holds will be returned within the reports results. ▪If options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field and Exclude Holds is selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, open seats and all holds except the selected holds will be returned within the report's results. ▪If options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field and Include Holds is selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, open seats and only the selected holds will be returned within the report's results. •Open Seats Only: Regardless of the option selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, or the options selected from the 'Hold Types' field, only open seats will be returned within the report's results. •Holds Only: ▪If no options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field, all of the holds (and only holds) will be returned within the report's results. ▪If options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field and Exclude Holds is selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, all holds except the selected holds will be returned within the report's results. ▪If options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field and Include Holds is selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, only the selected holds will be returned within the report's results. |

Choose whether or not to include the holds selected from the 'Hold Type' field in the report's results: •Exclude Selected Holds: Excludes all of the options selected from the 'Hold Type' field from the report's results. •Include Selected Holds: Includes only the options selected from the 'Hold Type' field from the report's results. |

Price Chart
The following criteria is available in the price chart section:

Price Chart Role |
Displays a price chart of the for a specified role for a specific event. The price chart displayed will contain the pricing available at the time that the report is run across all of the associated price charts for the single event. It does not include price types that are no longer available, nor does it include price types that will become available in the future.
The values displayed are the price configured on the price charts, and includes Included and Inside charges but not the Additional charges. This is typically the face value or advertised price. |
Output

Price Chart |
Displays pricing by price type and role. This section only appears if there is a single event in the report. |
Sales |
Displays today’s sales and total sales to date. Bundle sales are displayed separately. |
Grand Total |
Displays the total sales to date for the selected events. |
Unsold Tickets |
The number of unsold admissions and the projected value of those admissions for all events in the report. Projected values are calculated using the highest price from the event’s default pricing model. If there is no default pricing model, the highest price from the event's price chart is used. If the pricing from the price chart includes taxes, then taxes are included in this report's projected values. |
Seating Capacity |
The seating capacity for those events included in the report. The capacity is calculated using every seat assigned to a price zone. |
