The Event Availability by Price Zone and Hold report is used for general admission festivals. It details the state of all of the events at the festival across all venues and series at any given time by event, paid, comp, available and held tickets by hold type and monetary value.

Events From |
Filters for those events that occur on or after the date entered. Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events To' date. Click |
Events To |
Filters for those events that occur on or before the date entered. Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events From' date. Click |

Filters the report by a specific 'Event Code'. Click |
Event Data |
Filters the report based on a specific event 'Marketing Data' field. |
Display Event Data |
Displays the event 'Marketing Data' field that the report was sorted by: •No: The report will be sorted by the field selected from the 'Event Data' dropdown, but the field value will not be included in the output of the report. •Yes: The report will be sorted by the field selected from the 'Event Data' dropdown, and the field value will be included in the output of the report. |
Event Data Option |
Filters the report based on a particular entry in the selected 'Event Data' field. |
Price Zone |
Filters the report based on the price zone(s), providing an idea of the capacity of a given section. |
Price Type |
Filters the report by the selected price type(s). This only displays the total admissions sold (sold and comp) within the price type(s). This provides an idea of the potential attendees. |
Hold Type |
Filters the report by the selected hold type(s). |
Sort Report By |
Displays totals by: •Date only •Performance Name (Event) •Performance Data Field •Performance Short Description (Event Name) |
Display Value |
Filters the report by the values that you want to display: •Paid: Tickets that have been paid for. •Sold: Tickets that are on an order, but have not been paid for (the customer will pay for the ticket when he/she picks it up at will call). |
