The Hourly Ticket Sales report displays the number of tickets sold by the hour by price type. You can filter the report by the venue, series, event, and/or sales information (user, role and date of sale).
This report is based on the order date and will not necessarily balance with any of the sold tickets reports. Do not use this report as a financial report. It should only be used to determine sales trends.
You can use this report to determine historical busy times for staff scheduling purposes, or to determine at a glance how well particular events are selling.

Sales From |
If you are entering a date range, this is the date from which data will be included in the report. This date is inclusive where the starting time will be 0:00:00 on the selected date. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click |
Sales To |
If you are entering a date range, this is the date to which data will be included in the report. This date is inclusive where the end time will be up to 23:59:59 on the selected date. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click |

Filters by the selected users. Only tickets sold by the selected users will appear in the report. Click This is the user who created the order. |

Filters by the selected user role group(s). This is the user who last updated the order. |
Output
Only those hours which included a sale are displayed in the report.
