If you have decided that a bundle request or bundle upgrade request cannot or will not be filled you can close the request. Any payments made for the request can be refunded or, if applicable, credited to the customer.
You can use the Advanced Order search to search for requests based on their status.
To close a bundle request:
1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.
2.Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the request order that you want to work with.
The Order|Summary page appears.
4.Select the Requests from the Bundles tab.
The Order|Bundles|Requests page appears.
5.Select the appropriate status from the 'Status' dropdown:
▪Cancelled: Request has been cancelled.
▪Not Fillable: Request cannot be filled
If the original request was paid for (Chargeable pending fulfillment), changing the status to Cancelled or Not filled removes the cost of those admissions from the order, leaving a negative amount due.
6.Optionally, if you want to update multiple events in the same bundle, you can select the appropriate 'Status' from the dropdown at the bottom of the section and click 'Update All'.
7.Click 'Update Details'.
8.If a refund is required, update the payment details to reflect the refund or credit the customer.
9.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the order was updated.
10.Click 'OK'.
