To delete an admission from an offer:

1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.

2.Select the Offers tab.
The Offers|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the offer that you want to work with.
The Offers|Summary pages appears.

4.If the admissions that you want to remove do not appear, select the event.
The section expands to display all of the admissions for the selected event.

5.Select the check box(es) beside the admission(s) that you want to remove.
By selecting the check box in the event's header row, you can select all of the admissions at once.

6.Click 'Delete'.
The selected admissions are removed from the offer.

7.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the offer was updated.

8.Click 'OK'.

To delete a bundle or parts of a bundle from an offer complete the following:

1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.

2.Select the Offers tab.
The Offers|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the offer that you want to work with.
The Offers|Summary page appears.

4.To remove the entire bundle from the offer:

a.Select Seats from the Bundles tab.
The Offers|Bundles|Seats page appears.

b.Select the check box(es) beside the bundle(s) that you want to remove in the Bundles - Bundles section.

c.Click 'Delete'.
The selected bundle are removed from the offer.

5.To remove individual content from the bundle on the offer:

a.Select the Bundles from the Bundles tab.
The Offers|Bundles|Bundles page appears.

b.Select the check box(es) next to the item(s) that you want to remove from the bundle on the offer.

c.Click 'Delete' in each section that you selected an item from.
The selected items in the section are removed from the offer.

6.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the offer was updated.

7.Click 'OK'.

To delete a miscellaneous item from an offer:

1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.

2.Select the Offers tab.
TheOffers|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the offer that you want to work with.
The Offers|Summary page appears.

4.Select the check box beside the miscellaneous items that you want to remove.

5.Click 'Delete'.
The selected miscellaneous items are removed from the offer display.

6.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the offer was updated.

7.Click 'OK'.

To delete a gift from an offer:

1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.

1.Select the Offers tab.
The Offers|Search page appears.

2.Search for and select the offer that you want to work with.
The Offers|Summary page appears.

3.Select the check box beside the gifts s that you want to remove.

4.Click 'Delete'.
The selected gifts s are removed from the offer display.

5.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the offer was updated.

6.Click 'OK'.
