In the same manner that you can add admissions to an existing order, you can add seats to events to an existing offer. To add seats to an existing offer: 1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop. 2.Select the Offers tab. 3.Search for and select the offer that you want to add the event to. 4.Select the Events tab. 5.Search for the event that you want to add to the offer. 6.If you want to select the seats using the seat map: 1.Select the event that you want to add to the offer. 2.Select Offer from the 'Order/Offer' switch. 3.Select the seats. 4.Click 'Offer Summary'. 7.If you want to select the seats using best available: a.Select the the check box next to the event(s) that you want to add to the offer. b.Click 'Best Available'. c.Complete the seat criteria in the fields provided. d.Click 'Add to Offer'. 8.Click 'Apply'. 9.Click 'OK'.

In the same manner that you can add bundles to an existing order, you are able to add bundles to an existing offer. To add bundles to an existing offer: 1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop. 2.Select the Offers tab. 3.Search for and select the offer that you want to add the bundle to. 4.Select the Bundles tab. 5.Search for and select the appropriate bundle. 6.If you want to select the seats using the seat map: a.Select the event(s) that you want to add to the offer. b.Click 'Map Select'. c.Select Offer from the 'Order/Offer' switch. e.Click 'Offer Summary'. 7.If you want to select the seats using best available: a.Select the event(s) that you want to add to the offer. b.Complete the seat criteria in the fields provided. c.Click 'Add to Offer'. 8.Click 'Apply'. 9.Click 'OK'.

To add miscellaneous items to an existing offer: 1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop. 2.Select the Offers tab. 3.Search for and select the offer. 4.Select the Miscellaneous Items tab. 5.Search for and select the miscellaneous item. 6.Enter the number miscellaneous items you want to add to the offer in the 'Quantity' field. 7.Click 'Add to Offer'. 8.Click 'Apply'. 9.Click 'OK'.

Gifts are the only items that will carry a monetary value with them on offers. To add a gift to an offer: 1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop. 2.Select the Offers tab. 3.Search for and select the offer that you want to work with. 4.Select the Gifts tab. 5.Search for and select the gift that you want to add to the offer. 6.Click 'Add to Offer'. 7.Enter the gift information: ▪Appeal: Select the appeal to which the gift is being made. ▪Fund Name: Select the name of the fund to which the gift will be allocated. ▪Donation Amount: Enter the amount the donor would give your organization with this gift. 8.Click 'Apply'. 9.Click 'OK'. |
