When bundles have been configured with exchange rules customers, in the majority of cases, will be able to handle their own exchanges online, but if the order already has a balance owing or the exchange will leave a balance, customers may need to contact the ticket office.

 

Customers are asked to answer any questions attached to the new event unless the same question has already been answered in the bundle. Adding a required question to the events in a bundle after the bundle is on-sale could prevent some customers from completing online exchanges too.

If you cancel an exchange at any point during the process, the order will reload.

 

You will lose any unsaved changes you made to the order before beginning the exchange.

 

To exchange a bundle seat:

1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.

2.Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the order that you want to work with.
The Order|Summary page appears.

4.Select Seats from the Bundles tab.
The Order|Bundles|Seats page appears.

5.Click 'Exchange' next to the event that you want to exchange.
An exchange pop-up appears.

6.Select the admissions that the customer wants to exchange from the 'Exchange From' section.

7.A list of different dates/events that the customer can select from appears at the bottom.
If necessary, expand the Search Events to narrow down the list and find the exact event the customer wants.

8.Click one of the links in the right-hand column to select the new admissions:

9.Click 'Continue'.
A confirmation page appears.

10.Confirm that the seats being exchanged are for the correct events, dates and times.

11.Click 'Continue'.
The delivery method page appears.

12.Select the the delivery method that you want to use for the new admissions.

13.Click 'Continue'.
The pop-up closes and the Order|Summary page appears.
The order is updated but it is not saved automatically.

14.Add any necessary payments to the order (upgrade costs, exchange fees).

15.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the order has been updated.

16.Click 'OK'.

You can only complete one exchange at a time. You will have to save the order before the 'Exchange' button appears again.
