You can track which tickets have been scanned in or out of an event.
A ticket’s status can be one of the following, depending on your organization Access Control configuration:
•Printed
•Cancelled
•Used (In)
•Used (Out)
•Re-entered
To check ticket usage for a particular order’s seat(s):
1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.
2.Select the Orders tab.
The Order|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the order that you want to work with.
The Order|Summary page appears.
4.If you want to check the status of:
oAdmissions:
Select Seats from the Seats tab.
The Order|Seats|Seats page appears.
The tickets' statuses are displayed in the 'Status' column.
oBundle Admissions:
Select Seats from the Bundles tab.
The Order|Bundles|Seats page appears.
The tickets' statuses are displayed in the 'Status' column.
Information Seats on the Order|Seats|Seats and Order|Bundles|Seats pages are displayed for only one event at a time. To view seats for a different event, select the event in the Seats - Seeats and Bundles - Seats sections |
