Information

When the update is executed, the system searches for the specified 'User Role' and 'Promotion' combination(s)

If the combination does not exist, a new calendar row will be created using the supplied values.

If the combination does exist, and the 'Override Existing Calendar Values' box has not been selected, nothing is updated.

If the combination exists, and the 'Override Existing Calendar Values' box has been selected, then the existing row is updated with the supplied values.

When an existing calendar row has multiple roles, the system will split the rows when necessary.

For example, if an event has a calendar row with the Box Office and Internet roles and an 'On-Sale' of 2024-05-01, and you update the Box Office role go on sale on 2024-04-15, it will result in a new calendar row being created for the Box Office role while the Internet role will remain on the original row.

A window prompts you to confirm the number of events that will be updated.

11.Click 'OK'.
