When customers visit your website, they are logged as the WebSales user which, by default, is assigned to the Anonymous WebSales group and Internet role. These settings allow customers to search for events and merchandise. When customers want to make a purchase, they have to create an account. Customers who create their own accounts are automatically assigned to the default role and group set in the Registry. By default, the Internet role and WebSales group are used.
Customers are visible in Customer Services. For more information on creating and managing customer user accounts, refer to customers can be viewed and created in Customer Services.
