The Event Price Analysis report displays ticket sales by price zone, price type and promotion, including the actual selling price and the model price. It allows you to compare the effectiveness of various pricing strategies and promotion pricing, compared to model pricing.

Sales Date Format |
Specifies the date to use for the report: •Date Range •Previous 7 Days (excluding today) •Today •Yesterday |
Sales From |
Filters for sales on or after the selected date. This date is inclusive where the starting time will be 0:00:00 on the selected date. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click to select a date or to select a duration. |
Sales To |
Filters for sales on or before the selected date. This date is inclusive where the end time will be up to 23:59:59 on the selected date. Any value entered into this field will only apply if Date Range is used. Click to select a date or to select a duration. |
Report On |
Filters the report by: •All Admissions •Bundle Admissions Only •Single Admissions Only |
Group By |
Groups the report by: •Series and Event •Series, Event and User Role •User Role •User Role Group |
Display Values |
Filters the report by the values that you want to display: •Paid: The net value of the tickets that have been paid for. •Sold: The net value of the tickets that are on an order, but have not been paid for (the customer will pay for the ticket when he/she picks it up at will call). |

Enables you to determine whether or not to display promotions. |

Event Date Format |
Filters the report based on the selected date format: •Advanced Sales: Filters the report based on the sales for upcoming events from the time that the report is generated. •Past Sales: Filters the report based on the sales for past events prior to the time that the report is generated. •Event Range: Filters the report based on the date range entered in the 'Events From' and 'Events To' fields. |
Events From |
Filters for those events that occur on or after the date entered. Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events To' date. Click to select a date or to select a duration. |
Events To |
Filters for those events that occur on or before the date entered. Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events From' date. Click to select a date or to select a duration. |
User Name |
Filters by the selected users. Click to search for a user. This is the user who created the order. |
User Role |
Filters by the selected user role(s). This is the user who created the order. |
User Role Group |
Filters by the selected user role group(s). This is the user who last updated the order. |
Report on Opens or Holds |
Filters the report by: •Open Seats and Holds: ▪If no options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field, open seats and all holds will be returned within the reports results. ▪If options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field and Exclude Holds is selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, open seats and all holds except the selected holds will be returned within the report's results. ▪If options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field and Include Holds is selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, open seats and only the selected holds will be returned within the report's results. •Open Seats Only: Regardless of the option selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, or the options selected from the 'Hold Types' field, only open seats will be returned within the report's results. •Holds Only: ▪If no options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field, all of the holds (and only holds) will be returned within the report's results. ▪If options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field and Exclude Holds is selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, all holds except the selected holds will be returned within the report's results. ▪If options are selected from the 'Hold Types' field and Include Holds is selected from the 'Include or Exclude Selected Holds' dropdown, only the selected holds will be returned within the report's results. |
