The Event Sales by Price report displays the net value of sold or paid admissions and optionally charges as well as total amount by price zone and price type at the time that they were sold.

Criteria

The following table describes this report’s criteria:

Criteria

Description

Venue

Filters the report by one or more venue selections.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for a venue.

Series

Filters the report by the 'Series Name' defined on the Event Configuration - Events|Basic page.

Event Code

Filters the report by a specific event.

Click magnifyingGlass-7.X to search for an event.

Events From

Filters for those events that occur on or after the date entered.

Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events To' date.

Click calendarIcon-7.X to select a date or durationIcon-7.X to select a duration.

Events To

Filters for those events that occur on or before the date entered.

Your entry will be ignored if you do not enter a value for 'Events From' date.

Click calendarIcon-7.X to select a date or durationIcon-7.X to select a duration.

Display Charge Type

Enables you to further expand the pricing breakdown by adding columns based on the selected charge types:

•Commission

•Service Charge

•Tax

Information

Two other options, User Tax1 and User Tax2, are available. By default they are disabled in the General Configuration - List|Entries page for the Service Charge Types list. To configure these options, they must first be enabled. For information on configuring taxes and charges, refer to Product Configuration - Charges.

Display Values

Filters the report by the values that you want to display:

•Paid: The net value of the tickets that have been paid for.

•Sold: The net value of the tickets that are on an order, but have not been paid for (the customer will pay for the ticket when he/she picks it up at will call).

Column

Description

Price

The monetary of the price type within the stated price zone.

Count

The number of admissions sold per price type within the stated price zone.

Amount

The total monetary value of the sold admissions per price type within the stated price zone.
