To allow customers to forward tickets to other customers, or to reprint tickets for themselves:
1.Open Application Security from the Desktop.
2.Select the Groups tab.
The Group|Search page appears.
3.Search for and select the WebSales group.
The Group|Basic page appears.
4.Select the Content tab.
The Group|Content page appears.
5.Select the Online property.
6.Select the Ticket Reprint/Forwarding property by holding CTRL while making your selection.
7.Select the Permissions tab.
The Group|Permissions page appears.
8.Select the TScorrespondenceCO property.
9.Hold CTRL and select search from the 'Actions' field.
10.Select the TScustomerBO property.
11.Hold CTRL and select loadCustomer from the 'Actions' field.
12.Select the TSorderCO property.
13.Ensure cancelTickets from the 'Actions' field is selected. If not, hold CTRL and select it.
14.Select the Attributes tab.
The Group|Attributes page appears.
15.Select the TSorderBO property.
16.Click 'Add Rule'.
17.Click .
The Attribute Name window appears.
18.Search for and select Order: Cancel Reason.
19.Click 'OK'.
The Attribute Name window closes.
20.Enter Forwarding Tickets in the 'Default Value' field.
21.Click 'Apply'
A window confirms that the group was updated.
22.Click 'OK'.
23.Select the Roles tab.
The Roles|Search page appears.
24.Search for and select the Internet role.
The Roles|Basic page appears.
25.Hold CTRL and select warning message 6122: Reprinting the following tickets will cancel the original tickets making them invalid. Continue? from the 'Suppress Warning Messages' field.
26.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the role was updated.
27.Click 'OK'. |
