The Order|History|Seats page enables you to search for seats purchased on the selected order.
History - Search Seats Section

The History - Search Seats section of the Order|History|Seats page contains the following properties:

Description |
Event Code |
Filters the search based on the name of the event. |
Start Date |
Filters the search based on the date and time of the event. Click |
Section Name |
Filters the search based on the section in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Row |
Filters the search based on the row in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Seat |
Filters the search based on the seat number/letter of the admission. |
Price Type Name |
Filters the search based on the price type associated with the admission. |
Update Date |
Filters the search based on the date the admission was updated. You can enter a single date or date range. Click |
Update User Name |
Filters the search based on the user name of the person who updated the admission. |
Update Role |
Filters the search based on role of the person who updated the admission. |
Order Grand Total |
Filters the search based on the order’s total (including charges and taxes). You can enter a single amount or amount range. |
Ticket Number |
Filters the search based on the printed ticket number. This only applies for those admissions that have been printed. |
Ticket Reprint Reason |
Filters the search based on the reason for reprinting a ticket. |
Promotion |
Filters the search based on the promotion associated to the admission. Click |
Order Admission Record State |
Filters the search based on the type of record in the order’s history: •Delete: Deletion of an admission •Insert: The addition of an admission •Update: An update to an admission |
Page Size |
Enables you to specify the number of records to display per page returned in the results. |
History - Seats Section
The History - Seats section of the Order|History|Seats page displays the results from the search performed in the search seats section. By default, results are sorted by the update date, start date, and the admission’s section, row and seat.

The History - Seats section of the Order|History|Seats page contains the following properties:

Update User Name |
The user associated with the delete, insert or update record in the order’s seat history. |
Update Role |
The user’s role associated with the delete, insert or update record in the order’s seat history. |
Update Date |
The date and time that the delete, insert or update record in the order’s seat history occurred. |
Order Admission Record State |
Indicates whether the action was a: •Delete: Deletion of an admission •Insert: Addition of an admission •Update: Update to an admission |
Event Series Name |
The series associated with the admission. |
Event Code |
The event associated with the admission. |
Event Short Description |
The event's short description of the event. |
Bundle |
Indicates whether the admission is part of a bundle. |
Start Date |
The date and time of the event. |
Entrance |
The closest entrance associated with the seat. |
Aisle |
The aisle in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Section Name |
The section in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Row |
The row in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Seat |
The seat number/letter of the admission. |
Amount |
The cost of the admission, including taxes and event level charges. This only applies for Insert and Update record states. |
Promotion |
The promotion associated with the admission. |
Net |
The cost of the admission before taxes and event level charges. This only applies for Insert and Update record states. |
Price Type Name |
The price type associated with the admission. |
Price Zone |
The price zone associated with the admission. |
Order Number |
The order number associated with the seat. |
Release Reason |
For a Delete record state, the reason for releasing the seat. |
