AudienceView Unlimited 7  Product Guides

Similar to other areas of the application, you can capture additional data about an admission on an event. These fields can be customized as per your organization’s requirements.

You can also create informative 'Messages' with 'Images' that will display in the Desktop (message only) and Online when a seat with an associated message is selected. Messages set on the Admissions Management|Seats page override messages that are set on the Venue|Seats page and the Venue|Sections page. For more information, refer to Obstructed View and Accessibility Messaging.

Information

You can only add marketing data for those fields that are a part of the events admission inventory.

To display these fields, you may have to modify your Registry settings. For more information, refer to Configuring Event and Admission Data Fields.

To modify an admission's marketing data:

1.Open Event Configuration from the Desktop.

2.Select the Admissions Management tab.
The Admissions Management|Search page appears.

3.Search for the event(s) with the marketing data field(s) that you want to work update by clicking the check box next to each event.

4.Click 'Seats'.
The Admissions Management|Seats page appears.

5.If you want to:

Update the data for many admissions in the same area: Click and drag your mouse to draw a box over the admissions you want to select.

Update the data for a specific admission: Select the admission(s). You can select multiple admissions.

6.The buttons are enabled along the right of the page and the marketing data fields appear.
You can clear a section by pressing ALT and clicking the seat or while clicking and dragging your mouse over the seats.
If no data fields appear, you have either selected a seat that is not currently part of the event’s admission inventory, or there are no data fields configured.
If marketing data has already been set for an admission, but you have also selected multiple admissions with different data or no marketing data, the data fields appear empty. Setting a value overrides any previous data entries.

7.Enter the required data in the data fields on the right of the screen.
If you have selected multiple admissions, the data you enter in the fields will apply to all fields and overwrites any data that was already entered for the field.

8.Click 'OK'.
The application refreshes the data fields.

9.For each admission you want to modify, repeat the process from Step 5.

10.Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the event(s) was/were updated.

11.Click 'OK'.
