Use best available to search for the best seats remaining in a specificed price zone, or to select admissions for GA events and sections (when there is no map to display).

To search for best available seating:

1.Open Customer Services from the Desktop.

2.Select the Events tab.
The Events|Search page appears.

3.Search for and select the event(s) you want to find seats for.

4.Select the check boxes to the left of the event(s).
The Available Seats column displays the number of seats currently available if the information is available. You can verify the seating availability by clicking the check box next to the event and then clicking 'Availability'.

5.Click 'Best Available'.
The Events|Best Available page appears.

6.Select the way that you want to search for seats from the toggle at the top of the page:

Price Type: Select your price type, and search for the best available seats.

Price Zone: Select your price zone first, then the price type(s) from a filtered list and search for best available seats.

7.Complete the following fields:

Price Zone: Select the price zone that you want to use.
This field only appears if the toggle is set to Price Zone.

Price Types: Select a price type for the seats.

Quantity: Enter the number of tickets that you want to add to the order by 'Price Type', or click '+' or '-' to add or remove tickets.

8.Optionally, complete the following fields

Number of Rows: Enter the number of rows that the seats can span across.
For example, if a group of 20 people want to purchase tickets and they want to sit relatively close to one another you can enter a 4. The system will then try to get a block five seats across four rows.

Aisle Seats?: Select the check box if an aisle seat is required.

Unobstructed?: Select this check box if you want the best available search to omit any seats that have been identified as Obstructed on the Venue|Seats page

Same Seats?: If you have selected multiple events, select this check box to keep the same seats for all events.

Number of Combinations: This is used when searching for seats across multiple events in the same series to help you choose from the best seats at each event. This is defaulted to the number of selected events.  

oExample One:

Selected Events: 4

Number of Combinations: 4

Results: The best seats from all events

oExample Two:

Selected Events: 2

Number of Combinations: 4

Results: The best seats from all events

oExample Three:

Selected Events: 4

Number of Combinations: 2

Results: The two events with the best seats

Section: Select the section the seats should be in.

Stand: Select the stand the seats should be in.

Hold Type: Select the hold type the seats should be under.
This list is not restricted to the holds to which you have access. If you select a hold type that you do not have access to, you will not be able to add the seats to the order/offer.

Price Zone: Select the price zone the seats should be in.
This field only appears if the toggle is set to Price Type.

9.Click 'Add to Order' (or 'Add to Offer').
If there are seats matching the above criteria available, they appear in the Admissions section of the Order|Summary (or Offer|Summary) page.
If all of the seats are not displayed, you can view them using the Order|Seats page.
If there is a map available, you can view the seats' locations by clicking the links.

10.Complete the order.

If the customer wants to wait for seats to become available for a particular event, you can request seats.
