In addition to the Scanned Tickets Report within Access Control, there are various other ways that you can report on a ticket’s status from the Desktop.

A Business Intelligence query can also be created to view ticket status information. Only the Real Time Access Control Report and the Scanning Failures Report display information regarding scanning failures. |

The Events|Ticket Usage page displays information on sold and used tickets. |

The following pages can be used to view ticket status information: •Order|Seats|Seats: Displays only Used (In), Used (Out) or Re-entered status. Order|History|Tickets: Displays a history of the scanning including failed scan information and also displays the mark description, if any. |
