In addition to the Scanned Tickets Report within Access Control, there are various other ways that you can report on a ticket’s status from the Desktop.

The following table describes how to view the ticket status from the Desktop:

Business Intelligence and Reports

The following core reports, available from the Business Intelligence|Generated Reports page, can be used to view ticket status information:

Real Time Access Control Report

Scanned Tickets by Hour Report

Scanning Failures Report

 

A Business Intelligence query can also be created to view ticket status information.

Only the Real Time Access Control Report and the Scanning Failures Report display information regarding scanning failures.

Event Configuration

The Events|Ticket Usage page displays information on sold and used tickets.

Customer Services

The following pages can be used to view ticket status information:

Order|Seats|Seats: Displays only Used (In), Used (Out) or Re-entered status.

Order|History|Tickets: Displays a history of the scanning including failed scan information and also displays the mark description, if any.
