Digital Wallet Configuration

If you add the digital configuration to a ticket template after tickets have been printed, those tickets will need to be reprinted before they can be added to wallets.

Before You Begin

If you already allow customers to store their seat admission tickets in a digital wallet, you can likely skip the following steps.

Before you configure your first digital wallet ticket:

Update the Digital Wallet Organization Name list with a recognizable name that customers associate with your company and events (ensure that the 'Key' and 'Label' match).

This will be displayed on the lock screen and by apps such as Mail.

Set the 'Return URL' on the invoice brand with your brand's domain.

Enable the Customer Events and Tickets page for the WebSales group.

This will allow customers to add tickets to their digital wallets via their online accounts.

Enable the TSticketBO's getDigitalWallet permission for the WebSales group and whichever group is used for the preloaded Digital Wallet site.

Set a 'Guest User' and 'Guest Password' for the Digital Wallet site.

Be sure to test that the ticket can successfully be added to the digital wallet, and test scan the tickets with your devices. Not all of the 'Barcode Formats' are supported by all devices.
