Several items/pages can be configured with a 'Sales Type', an 'Upsell Article' and an 'Add-On Article' (listed below). When an item with an 'Upsell Article' is selected, a pop-up will be displayed with a selection of possible upgrades (an event to a bundle). If the same event has an 'Add-On Article', a pop-up will display when the event has been added to the shopping cart/order, presenting a selection of possible additional items (parking passes, drink vouchers). A hyperlink to the upsell and add-on articles will be displayed on the shopping cart page, and the Customer Services - Order|Summary page.
'Sales Type', 'Upsell Article' and 'Add-On Article' can be defined on the following items/pages:

Information There is an 'Add-On Article' field on the Product Configuration - Charges|Details page. This field does not work in the same way as the fields listed above and does not require any further configuration to be used. |
