You can modify any portions of a bundle version that has a current/future 'Effective Date'. If you want to modify any of the information attached to a version that is no longer in effect, you must create a new version for the bundle. A bundle’s version information specifies the version details (Bundles|Details page), pricing and events (Bundles|Elements page), any gift cards/certificates (Bundles|Stored Value Items page), miscellaneous items (Bundles|Miscellaneous Items page) or donation (Bundles|Gifts page). Versions provide you with the means to change these details for a bundle, while maintaining a complete record of all previous versions. You can modify versions effective in the future at any time.
To view or modify a bundle:
1.Open Product Configuration from the Desktop.
The Bundles|Search page appears.
2.Search for and select the bundle with the gift that you want to modify.
The Bundles|Details page appears.
3.Select the version of the bundle that you want to modify, or create a new version.
4.Modify the applicable information:
a.In the bundle price types section, add the applicable price types and allowable range of admissions for this bundle.

Information If there are no elements on the bundle, the 'Price Type' and 'Minimum Admissions' fields are not required fields. |
b.Modify the role(s) that can access this bundle
You can do this using the Bundles|Calendar page.
c.Modify the charges that will be applied to this bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Charges page.
d.Optionally, modify the events in the bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Elements page.
e.Modify the price chart(s) that will be associated with this bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Assignments page.
f.Optionally, once you have added elements and a price chart to the bundle, you can define different price types for each.
You can do this using the bundle price types section of the Bundles|Details page.
g.Optionally, modify the stored value items in the bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Stored Value Items page.
h.Optionally, modify miscellaneous items on the bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Miscellaneous Items page.
i.Optionally, modify the gifts on the bundle.
You can do this using the Bundles|Gifts page.
5.Click 'Apply'.
If a date does not appear in the bundle version's 'Effective Date' field, the application prompts you to confirm that the effective date will be set to the current date and time.
6.Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the bundle was updated.
7.Click 'OK'.
